I had high hopes for this shoe but am disappointed with the product. The shoe is wide and can't be adjusted narrower because of the way the velcro is attached, very close to the edge. The toes are also narrower than appears.In the appearance / quality area, the shoes show a black stitching in the picture, but it is actually yellow, changing the look quite a bit - I polished it black, which helps some. This becomes even more prominent because the stitching is crooked in a number of areas. The strap is also sewn on in an odd way, at a slight angle, giving the shoes a crooked look. The inner heel in my left shoe was loose when it arrived. I had really expected better craftsmanship. You can see in the photo where the inner heel is raised and loose, and the stitching is bright yellow in the area that I didn't cover.I wish I had returned it, but has already polished the stitching and worn the shoe for a bit to see if I could get it to fit better. I bought these to wear on a trip to Europe, but they will be staying home.IVery pretty shoe in general although leather not quite as pictured (more matte and rosy, less lustrous and "saddle" colored); toe box too short. Restocking fee was waived in the returns process (in accordance with my request) since the fee was not mentioned in an obvious place when the purchase was made (company will work with Amazon to make the restocking fee clear to potential customers prior to purchase). Full refund was gratefully appreciated.I really wanted to love these shoes but they were both too short and too wide. The insole was smooth and soft but the padding and arch support was not sufficient for me to abandon my orthotics for a day. The styling is very cute, although there is white stitching which made them a bit more casual than I wanted. Back to the store they went.I have this shoe in brown as well. I bought the brown pair first so knew I would like the black. I have a very narrow heel so I have to have something with a strap, but still look cute as I have to have closed toed shoes for work. They're a great purchase. Can't beat the price for the shoe.These look cute and are nice for a warm spring day, but within hours my feet hurt from lack of arch support. They are good for the office but I wouldn't think they would be comfortable to wear if you were on your feet all day. They are nice and light and not as bulky as clogs. Upate 3 months later - still hurt, never broke in, I am going to toss because I have cuter flats.Not as shown on the picture. The stitches on the picture are black, but I got the pair with light stitches. I usually wear size 5.5 w, but size 5,5 -6 little loose on this pair of shoes.This shoe has a rather misleading photo. It LOOKS like the toe is nicely shaped, coming to a bit of a point. In reality this shoe is rounded off at the toe, so that it has a very blunt, stubby look. It's also just a bit small for the sizing, and the color wasn't really as shown either. All in all, disappointing; I sent it back.The shoes are comfortable, but I find the toe box is a little awkward in the fit.
