These are water resistant, fully lined and very comfortable. I sized up one size because of the lining. Fit like a glove and perfect on my calves. I tend to return boots because they are too loose on the calves and these fit perfect so if you have larger calves, this may not be the boot for you. The toe box is another common issue for me, but it's good on these...no pinching..snug, but roomy and allows plenty of comfort and movement. Again, I sized up one size.Wore these in pure rain for all day errands and they kept my feet warm and dry.
