These are very comfortable but unfortunately, they are way too large. Sizing is very confusing. It says order same size - true to size. I wear a size 9, so I ordered a 9 and they were too big. When I walked in them, my foot completely came out of them. I returned for the next smaller size, an 8.5, but when it came, it fit just like the 9. The next smaller size they offered was "7.5 to 8". I'm not sure what they meant...is it 7.5 or an 8, which one. It's A shame the sizing is not right because they were really soft and comfy. After 2 returns to UPS store, it was just too much trouble to have to try again. And I don't agree with paying $6 to have UPS come to me for exchange. Pity.Ordered these in an 8-1/2 for my mom who wears an 8-1/2 or 9. They are very nice slippers and seem to be good quality and well made, but they were much too large for her ... at least 1/2 a size too large (could fit an entire finger behind the heel.) I have returned them and the vendor promptly issued a refund (which I appreciate.) However, it cost over $12 to return ship these slippers (about half of the entire cost) and, in addition, this vendor charges a 20% restocking fee, so I definitely lost money on this purchase (and she still has no slippers.) I rated these four out of five stars because the slippers seem to be a good product. Received them fairly quickly and the vendor promptly refunded my purchase (even before receiving the slippers back), but I am not a fan of restocking fees and actually would have just liked to exchange them for a smaller size. I would rate the vendor slightly less than four stars.ByThis slipper is based on European sizing and was much to wide. Fit in length but walked out of them due to width. I did like the slipper and wished it had fit.Years of Christmas's and all my gifts to my wife were always returned or exchanged. This year I bought these slippers and they were a huge hit. They fit well, very comfy (No nice outer edge material that turns into some scratchy staticy nylon inside the slipper, like most! This slipper has really comfy stuff all through out the slipper) and even can be worn outside for a quick run to the car for an item then back to the house on a sub-zero winter morning without getting snow in them or getting wet through the sole. My wife had problems with other slippers. She uses these insoles for her back and they never fit in any slippers so she never wore them. As I said the winters up here are cold and long and so she wanted a pair of slippers. These work perfectly with those insoles and so there is another bonus. All in all the best slippers and for a great price.I wear a 9 2/2 to 10 and that's what I ordered. Love the look and feel but they run really big ..but I'm going to figure out what to put in them to make them feel tighter. But ppl should know they run BIGI have been buying these slippers for many, many years. They are great quality really comfy. I have worm them to the supermarket without worrying they looked too much like slippers. They offer decent support. They're machine washable. They run a bit big and never seem to have the smaller size in stock.My grandmother has all hardwood floors in her home. These slippers are great with the rubber sole on the bottom so she doesn't slip and they keep her feet warm. She did tell me that they ran a little large for her, and that was even after I had asked her for her shoe size before ordering. She loves them and the color is perfect for her.
